A fundamental condition and the most important of all activities for the safety of plants and machines is to carry out a “good, valid and effective” risk analysis.

In compliance with standards, directives and regulations, Redimec performs risk analysis through highly experienced engineers, providing safety solutions that do not limit the production levels of the machines but at the same time ensure high safety standards.

As required by the UNI EN ISO 12100:2010 standard, the risk analysis is structured by developing and studying each single aspect inherent to the R.E.S. (Essential Safety Requirements) indicated in Annex I of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the risk levels are calculated through the Risk Priority Number, the position of all safety systems is indicated in the layouts, and a concluding report is provided, which, in addition to indicating any non-compliance, also suggests the safety systems and signs to be applied on the machines and equipment.
